These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ACADEMY ZERONINE LEARNING LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at:
101, Meghdoot Building, Junction of S.V. Road, Linking Road & Turner Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai – 400104, Maharashtra, India
(hereinafter referred to as "academy.zeronine", "academy", "Company", "we", "our", or "us")
and every individual, organization or legal entity who accesses, browses, registers on, purchases any educational programme from, or otherwise uses the academy.zeronine website and associated services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, purchasing a course, making a payment, participating in a live programme, downloading educational resources, or otherwise using any services provided by Academy.zeronine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
academy.zeronine is an education and professional learning platform that offers structured educational programmes, instructor-led live courses, workshops, masterclasses, certification programmes, webinars and learning resources intended to enhance the knowledge and professional skills of learners.
The Platform serves as an educational marketplace as well as a proprietary learning ecosystem through which academy.zeronine and authorized instructors may provide educational services. Nothing contained on the Platform shall be interpreted as creating an employer-employee relationship, partnership, agency, franchise or joint venture between academy.zeronine and any learner.
Unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned below.
3.1 academy.zeronine: means ACADEMY ZERONINE LEARNING LLP including its affiliates, partners, employees, instructors, contractors, successors and assigns.
3.2 Platform: means the website located at https://www.academy09.com together with all associated domains, landing pages, student portals, learning management systems, communication channels, mobile applications (if any), webinars and digital services operated by academy.zeronine.
3.3 User: means every visitor accessing the Platform irrespective of whether such visitor registers an account.
3.4 Learner: means any individual who creates an account, enrolls in a course, purchases educational services or otherwise participates in academy.zeronine programmes.
3.5 Instructor: means any trainer, faculty member, educator, coach, consultant, mentor or subject matter expert authorized by academy.zeronine to create or deliver educational content.
3.6 Course: means every educational offering including but not limited to Live Online Courses, Workshops, Certification Programmes, Masterclasses, Boot Camps, Webinars, Professional Training Programmes, and Corporate Learning Programmes.
3.7 Course Fee: means the total amount payable by a learner for participation in a course including any applicable charges.
3.8 Course Confirmation Fee: means the advance booking amount paid by a learner to reserve a seat in a particular course. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the Course Confirmation Fee shall be non-refundable, except where Academy.zeronine cancels the course.
3.9 Reference Material: means recorded sessions, videos, presentation slides, templates, assignments, worksheets, reading material, practice exercises, downloadable files and any other educational resources made available by academy.zeronine.
3.10 Content: means all text, graphics, logos, trademarks, audio recordings, videos, software, documents, presentations, assessments, quizzes, illustrations, course material and intellectual property displayed or made available on the Platform.
3.11 Business Day: means any day excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays observed in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
3.12 Intellectual Property: means copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, designs, know-how, confidential information and all proprietary rights recognized under applicable laws.
3.13 Services: means all educational and support services provided through the Platform including course delivery, mentoring, assessments, certification, technical support and learner assistance.
Unless the context otherwise requires:
singular words shall include the plural and vice versa;
references to one gender shall include all genders;
headings are inserted solely for convenience and shall not affect interpretation;
references to legislation include amendments, replacements and re-enactments thereof;
the words "including", "includes" and "such as" shall mean "including without limitation";
references to writing shall include electronic communication.
By using the Platform, you expressly represent and warrant that:
you have carefully read these Terms;
you understand all provisions contained herein;
you voluntarily agree to be legally bound;
you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;
all information provided by you is accurate and complete.
Electronic acceptance of these Terms shall have the same legal validity as a handwritten signature. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms shall constitute acceptance of such revisions.
6.1 Minimum Age: Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Persons below eighteen years may participate only where expressly permitted by academy.zeronine and under supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.
6.2 Legal Capacity: Users must possess legal capacity under applicable Indian laws to enter into binding contracts.
6.3 Accuracy of Information: Users agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete registration information. Submission of false information may result in suspension or termination without refund.
6.4 Identity Verification: academy.zeronine reserves the right to request government-issued identification or other documentation where reasonably necessary to verify a user's identity, eligibility, or ownership of an account.
6.5 Geographic Restrictions: academy.zeronine may, at its sole discretion, restrict access to certain courses or services based on applicable laws, sanctions, licensing requirements, or operational considerations in specific countries or jurisdictions.
Access to certain services requires creation of a registered account. By registering an account, you agree that:
all registration information is accurate;
you will promptly update any changes to your information;
you will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
you are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account;
you will immediately notify Academy.zeronine of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
Users shall maintain accurate personal information, use only one account, refrain from impersonating others, avoid sharing login credentials, immediately report compromised security, and comply with instructions issued by Academy.zeronine regarding platform security. academy.zeronine reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms.
By registering on the Platform or purchasing any course, you consent to receive communications from academy.zeronine through email, SMS, telephone calls, WhatsApp, push notifications, or other electronic means regarding course confirmations, payment receipts, schedules, technical support, updates, and promotional offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but transactional communications will continue.
10.1 General: Enrolment is subject to availability of seats, successful registration, fee payment, and acceptance by academy.zeronine.
10.2 Admission Requirements: Courses may require participants to satisfy eligibility criteria (e.g., educational qualifications, prior experience, portfolios). Failure to satisfy such requirements may result in refusal of admission.
10.3 Seat Allocation: Seats are generally allocated on a first-come, first-served basis after receipt of the Course Confirmation Fee.
10.4 Waitlisted Applicants: Where all seats are filled, applicants may be placed on a waiting list.
10.5 Confirmation of Admission: Admission is confirmed only after completion of formalities, verification, required payments, and issuance of a confirmation communication by Academy.zeronine.
11.1 Mode of Delivery: Courses may be delivered through live classes, workshops, hybrid formats, recorded sessions, self-paced modules, or guest lectures.
11.2 Schedule: Course schedules are indicative. academy.zeronine reserves the right to modify class timings, faculty assignments, session duration, and delivery platforms.
11.3 Recording of Sessions: academy.zeronine may record live sessions for academic, quality assurance, and compliance purposes. By participating, the learner grants permission to record audio, video, chat, and questions.
11.4 Replacement of Instructors: academy.zeronine may substitute instructors due to illness, emergencies, or operational requirements.
11.5 Guest Faculty: Guest instructors may participate in selected sessions without guarantee of continued availability.
academy.zeronine may provide educational resources including presentations, reading material, case studies, assignments, and downloadable resources. academy.zeronine reserves the right to update or replace educational material at any time.
Where expressly mentioned, learners shall receive lifetime access only to designated reference material. Lifetime access does not include future live sessions, instructor support, mentoring, or updated curriculums. Lifetime access remains subject to continued operation of the platform.
Course Fees may vary depending upon promotional campaigns, early bird discounts, scholarship programmes, and corporate partnerships.
14.1 Price Revisions: academy.zeronine reserves the right to revise Course Fees at any time prior to enrolment.
14.2 Currency: All payments shall ordinarily be processed in Indian Rupees (INR). academy.zeronine shall not be responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
Payments may be made through Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other approved methods. Online payments are processed through the HDFC Payment Gateway or similar providers.
15.1 Payment Authorization: Initiating payment authorizes Academy.zeronine to debit the applicable amount.
15.2 Payment Failures: academy.zeronine is not responsible for failed transactions due to banking networks, internet interruptions, or insufficient balance.
15.3 Instalment Plans: Where offered, each instalment becomes payable on its due date. Delayed payment may attract suspension of Course access.
The Course Confirmation Fee is collected solely for reserving a seat and shall remain non-refundable irrespective of voluntary withdrawal, change of plans, or personal circumstances, except where academy.zeronine cancels the Course.
Course Fees are generally non-refundable after commencement. Limited refunds are governed by the following:
17.1 Eligibility: A refund request must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled commencement date.
17.2 Amount Refundable: The Course Confirmation Fee is not refunded; the balance amount may be refunded after applicable deductions.
17.3 Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed within thirty (30) days.
17.4 No Refund Cases: Refunds are not granted for failure to attend, dissatisfaction, employment changes, technical issues, or disciplinary suspension.
A learner wishing to withdraw must notify academy.zeronine through its designated support email. Cancellation becomes effective only upon written acknowledgment.
academy.zeronine reserves the right to cancel, postpone, merge, or reschedule any Course due to insufficient enrolments, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events. Affected learners may be offered a transfer to another batch, a credit, or a refund.
academy.zeronine may modify Course commencement dates, timings, or faculty schedules where necessary. Such changes shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.
Learners are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually. Repeated absence may result in reduced learning outcomes or ineligibility for certification.
Learners are responsible for maintaining adequate internet connectivity, hardware, software, webcam, and microphone. academy.zeronine is not liable for interruptions arising from the learner's technical infrastructure.
23.1 Ownership: All intellectual property (copyrights, trademarks, software, curriculum, recordings) belongs to academy.zeronine or its licensors.
23.2 Limited Licence: Learners are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial licence to access the Course.
23.3 Restrictions: Learners shall not copy, distribute, sell, modify, or publicly display Course materials.
23.4 Trademarks: "academy.zeronine" and associated logos are proprietary trademarks. No user shall use them without consent.
Recordings are intended solely for enrolled learners. Learners shall not download (unless permitted), share, upload, or distribute recordings. They remain the exclusive property of Academy.zeronine.
Downloading resources constitutes only a limited licence for personal educational use. Downloaded Content shall not be copied, redistributed, or sold.
By submitting assignments, projects, or reviews, the learner grants academy.zeronine a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host and use such material for educational or promotional purposes.
Instructors retain ownership of their original IP and grant academy.zeronine a licence to host and distribute it. academy.zeronine is not responsible for personal opinions expressed by instructors.
Learners agree to attend respectfully, complete assignments honestly, protect confidential material, and comply with all policies.
Users shall not engage in harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or defamatory conduct. Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.
Plagiarism, impersonation, copying assignments, or using unauthorized assistance is strictly prohibited.
Learners shall not use AI tools to fabricate research, cheat, or impersonate original work. Disclosures are required where AI use is permitted.
Learners agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary business or instructor information shared during the Course.
Processing of personal information is governed by academy.zeronine's Privacy Policy.
While academy.zeronine employs reasonable security practices, it cannot guarantee absolute security over the internet.
Users consent to receive communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and phone regarding Course updates, payments, and announcements.
Certificates are awarded based on completion criteria (attendance, assignments). They acknowledge participation only and do not constitute professional licences or degrees.
academy.zeronine may publish voluntary testimonials for promotional purposes.
The Platform may integrate third-party tools (payment gateways, video conferencing). Users are subject to those providers' terms and policies.
39.1 Educational Purpose: Services are for educational purposes, not professional advice.
39.2 No Employment Guarantee: Participation does not guarantee employment, promotion, or certification.
39.3 No Guarantee of Results: Outcomes depend on the learner's individual effort and capabilities.
39.4 Platform Availability: Access may be subject to occasional temporary interruptions.
39.5 Accuracy of Information: Course content may be updated at any time without notice.
academy.zeronine shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. 40.1 Maximum Liability: Aggregate liability shall not exceed the total Course Fee paid. 40.2 Time Limit: Claims must be brought within one (1) year.
Learners agree to indemnify academy.zeronine against claims arising from breach of Terms, misuse of the Platform, or IP infringement.
academy.zeronine is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or internet outages.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breaching these Terms, engaging in fraud, or harassing others. No refund is payable in such cases.
Upon termination, access to Courses ceases, outstanding payments remain due, and confidentiality/IP obligations survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, after good faith negotiations.
Notices to academy.zeronine should be sent to the registered office or via email to info@academy09.com.
Learners may not assign their rights under these Terms. academy.zeronine may transfer its rights to an affiliate or successor.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
These Terms, along with the Privacy, Payment, and Refund Policies, constitute the entire agreement regarding Platform usage.
academy.zeronine reserves the right to amend these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revisions.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
Electronic acceptance of these Terms carries the same legal weight as a handwritten signature under applicable Indian law.
Provisions regarding IP, Confidentiality, Payments, Indemnification, Liability, and Governing Law shall survive termination.

You further acknowledge that these Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and ACADEMY ZERONINE LEARNING LLP and govern your access to and use of the Platform and all related services.
