This Payment Policy ("Policy") governs all payments made by users for educational programmes, workshops, certification courses and related services offered by ACADEMY ZERONINE LEARNING LLP ("academy.zeronine") through its website, authorised representatives, or other officially approved payment channels.
This Policy should be read together with the Academy09 Terms & Conditions, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy. By making any payment to academy.zeronine, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Policy.
The objective of this Policy is to clearly explain:
accepted payment methods;
fee structure;
booking procedures;
payment schedules;
instalment facilities;
pricing principles;
confirmation of payments;
payment failures;
taxes and charges;
billing procedures;
security measures.
This Policy is intended to ensure transparency and consistency in all financial transactions with academy.zeronine.
This Policy applies to every individual or organisation making payment for:
Live Courses;
Workshops;
Certification Programmes;
Corporate Training;
Masterclasses;
Professional Development Programmes;
Learning Resources;
Special Events;
Any other services offered by Academy.zeronine.
The fee payable for each Course shall be displayed on the Academy.zeronine website or communicated through official academy.zeronine channels. Course Fees may vary depending upon:
Course type;
Duration;
Faculty;
Batch size;
Promotional campaigns;
Scholarships;
Early Bird Offers;
Corporate partnerships;
Alumni discounts;
Seasonal pricing.
academy.zeronine reserves the right to revise Course Fees at any time prior to confirmation of enrolment.
Course prices displayed on the Platform are subject to change without prior notice. Any change in pricing shall not affect enrolments that have already been confirmed through successful payment and written confirmation by Academy.zeronine.
Promotional prices shall remain valid only during the applicable promotional period.
Unless otherwise specified, all prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Where payments are accepted in foreign currencies, conversion shall be carried out by the relevant financial institution or payment processor.
academy.zeronine is not responsible for:
exchange rate fluctuations;
international banking charges;
foreign transaction fees;
currency conversion losses.
Such charges remain the responsibility of the payer.
academy.zeronine currently accepts payments through authorised payment channels including:
Credit Cards;
Debit Cards;
Unified Payments Interface (UPI);
Net Banking;
Bank Transfers (where specifically permitted);
Other payment methods approved by academy.zeronine from time to time.
academy.zeronine may expand, restrict or discontinue any payment method without prior notice.
Online payments are presently processed through the HDFC Payment Gateway or any other payment service provider designated by Academy.zeronine.
academy.zeronine does not store complete payment card details on its servers. Payments processed through third-party gateways are subject to the terms, security standards and operating procedures of the respective payment service provider.
Certain Courses require payment of a Course Confirmation Fee to reserve a seat. The Course Confirmation Fee:
confirms the learner's intention to enrol;
reserves a place in the selected batch;
enables academy.zeronine to plan Course delivery.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, the Course Confirmation Fee is non-refundable, except where academy.zeronine cancels the Course and the learner declines an alternative batch or equivalent Course.
Payment of the Course Confirmation Fee does not, by itself, constitute completion of the full Course Fee obligation.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the balance Course Fee must be paid by the date communicated by Academy.zeronine.
academy.zeronine reserves the right to withhold:
Course access;
learning materials;
participation in live sessions;
assessments;
certification;
access to recorded reference materials,
until all outstanding dues have been received. Failure to pay the balance by the specified due date may result in cancellation of the learner's reserved seat, without prejudice to academy.zeronine's right to retain the non-refundable Course Confirmation Fee.
For selected Courses, academy.zeronine may, at its sole discretion, offer instalment payment options. Where such facilities are granted:
instalment amounts and due dates shall be communicated in writing;
learners are responsible for ensuring timely payment of each instalment;
delayed instalments may result in suspension of Course access;
continued default may result in termination of enrolment.
Offering an instalment plan for one learner or Course shall not obligate academy.zeronine to offer similar arrangements to others.
By submitting payment details, the payer represents and warrants that:
they are authorised to use the chosen payment method;
the payment information provided is accurate and complete;
sufficient funds or credit are available;
the transaction does not violate any applicable law or contractual obligation.
Any payment found to be fraudulent, unauthorised or in breach of applicable law may be rejected or reversed.
Upon successful receipt of payment, academy.zeronine will ordinarily issue an acknowledgement by email, SMS or through the learner's account, confirming the transaction. The payer should retain this confirmation for future reference.
If a payment has been debited but confirmation is not received within a reasonable period, the learner should promptly contact academy.zeronine with relevant transaction details for verification.
Although academy.zeronine makes reasonable efforts to provide a seamless payment experience, payment transactions may occasionally fail due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Common reasons include:
insufficient account balance;
expired payment cards;
incorrect payment credentials;
bank security restrictions;
internet connectivity failures;
payment gateway interruptions;
banking network downtime;
transaction time-outs;
fraud prevention measures implemented by banks.
academy.zeronine shall not be responsible for any losses arising from such failures. Learners remain responsible for ensuring successful completion of payment.
A transaction marked as Pending, Processing, or Awaiting Confirmation shall not be treated as successful payment until confirmation has been received from the payment gateway and academy.zeronine.
Learners should avoid making repeated payment attempts until the status of the earlier transaction has been verified.
If the same Course Fee is unintentionally paid more than once for the same enrolment, the learner should notify Academy.zeronine promptly with:
payment reference number;
transaction date;
payment amount;
registered email address;
registered mobile number.
Upon verification, academy.zeronine will arrange an appropriate adjustment or refund of the excess amount, subject to confirmation from the payment gateway and banking institutions.
In certain situations, a learner's bank account may be debited even though the transaction is unsuccessful. Such situations are generally caused by banking or payment gateway processing delays.
academy.zeronine shall cooperate in verifying such transactions; however, reversal of unsuccessful debits is generally governed by the procedures of the respective bank or payment gateway. Where the amount has been received by academy.zeronine, appropriate corrective action shall be taken after verification.
academy.zeronine will ordinarily issue a payment acknowledgement or receipt after successful processing of payment. Receipts may be provided electronically through:
email;
learner dashboard;
downloadable PDF;
other digital communication channels.
Learners are responsible for maintaining copies of payment records for future reference.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
Course Fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, if any;
taxes shall be charged in accordance with applicable Indian laws;
learners remain responsible for taxes applicable in their own jurisdiction, where relevant.
As per the information presently provided by Academy.zeronine, Goods and Services Tax (GST) is currently not applicable to its Course Fees. If this position changes due to future legal or regulatory requirements, academy.zeronine reserves the right to revise its invoicing and pricing accordingly.
Where applicable, academy.zeronine may issue invoices containing:
learner name;
Course details;
invoice number;
invoice date;
payment amount;
payment method;
applicable taxes (if any).
Learners should review invoices promptly and notify academy.zeronine of any discrepancies within a reasonable period.
academy.zeronine may periodically offer:
early bird discounts;
promotional pricing;
scholarship programmes;
referral incentives;
alumni discounts;
corporate pricing;
limited-time campaigns.
Unless expressly stated:
discounts cannot be combined;
discounts cannot be redeemed for cash;
discounts cannot be transferred;
expired promotional offers shall not be reinstated.
academy.zeronine reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotional offers at any time prior to payment confirmation.
Scholarships or fee concessions granted by academy.zeronine shall remain subject to compliance with any eligibility conditions communicated at the time of award.
academy.zeronine reserves the right to revoke scholarship benefits where information provided by the learner is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
For employer-sponsored or corporate training programmes:
invoices may be issued directly to the sponsoring organisation;
payment timelines shall be governed by the applicable corporate agreement;
Academy.zeronine may suspend participation where corporate payments remain outstanding beyond agreed timelines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent academy.zeronine from seeking payment directly from the learner where agreed between the parties.
Where payment is made by:
parents;
guardians;
employers;
sponsors;
relatives;
educational institutions;
other third parties,
academy.zeronine shall treat such payment as payment made on behalf of the learner. Any refund, where applicable, shall ordinarily be processed in favour of the original payer unless otherwise required by law.
academy.zeronine reserves the right to:
verify payment identity;
request supporting documentation;
suspend suspicious transactions;
reject high-risk payments;
cancel enrolments obtained through fraudulent means.
Learners agree to cooperate with any reasonable verification procedures undertaken to protect the integrity of payment systems.
If a learner initiates a chargeback or payment dispute through a bank or payment service provider without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with academy.zeronine, academy.zeronine reserves the right to:
suspend Course access;
withhold certificates;
suspend learner accounts;
recover reasonable administrative and legal costs where permitted by law.
academy.zeronine will cooperate fully with financial institutions during investigation of disputed transactions.
Any dispute relating to Course Fees or payments should first be communicated in writing to academy.zeronine. The communication should include:
learner details;
transaction reference;
Course name;
description of the issue;
supporting documentation.
academy.zeronine will endeavour to investigate and respond within a reasonable period.
academy.zeronine reserves the right to withhold any or all of the following until all outstanding dues are cleared:
Course access;
live class participation;
downloadable resources;
certificates;
transcripts;
letters of completion;
reference material where access is contingent upon fee payment.
Outstanding amounts may also affect eligibility for enrolment in future Courses.
Refunds, where approved, shall be governed exclusively by the academy.zeronine Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Nothing contained in this Payment Policy shall be interpreted as creating an independent right to a refund.
academy.zeronine may retain payment records, invoices, receipts and related financial information for such period as may be required:
under applicable law;
for accounting purposes;
for audit requirements;
for dispute resolution;
to comply with regulatory obligations.
academy.zeronine reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time to reflect:
changes in law;
changes in payment technologies;
operational requirements;
business practices;
payment gateway arrangements.
Updated versions shall become effective upon publication on the academy.zeronine website unless otherwise specified.
This Payment Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, all disputes arising from this Payment Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
